As a Technical Support Executive, with 3+ years of experience...

Experience working in e-commerce support is mandatory

Basic knowledge of Java, Javascript code and writing SQL queries

Knowledge of server handling, database monitoring, logging into servers to check logs, run queries to troubleshoot issues and do basic debugging using command line tools.

Work on putting together and maintaining a knowledge base of the application from a user/ support perspective

Should have worked on linux with experience in monitoring

Good at handling customer calls and provide standard solutions for standard issues

Experience working with and maintaining distributed systems will be an added advantage

Experience with automation and DevOps will be an added advantage
