Actively advise and present UX strategies articulately to all the stakeholders.
Conduct user research to understand the target users better.
Understand user personas, map user journeys and user flows.
Wireframing and rapid prototyping solutions to field test.
Conduct user testing.
Iterative feedback incorporation
Follow through with developers to ensure design quality
